My stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were clean and comfortable with a very big and comfortable bed, the overall experience was a disappointment compared to my previous visit last year. The service was top-notch though, with very supportive and helpful staff. The location was convenient, although towards the end of the main strip of Waikiki. The dining options were too limited, and the facilities were average.
